We were completely satisfied with the work that Charter Oaks did; removal of 3 trees, two of which were over 40 years old and quite large. They performed stump grinding as well. The price was reasonable (but not the lowest bid). We selected them based on an initial impression of professionalism, honesty, safety awareness, and consideration of minimizing impact to the yard and gardens. We were not disappointed. The crew was friendly, courteous, and well organized, going about their business efficiently.
